ACC schools are spending more than $100 million on production capabilities, infrastructure and staff in preparation for what they hope will be a cash windfall

There are some claiming the goal post are ever moving for ACC detractors.

That is not true, it has only been ONE goal post.  Revenue, and the ACC can only hope to dig out of the dead last position.

There is only one goal.....revenue.  The ACC has failed.  Let's hope the last hope works.

The question is what kind of return that $110 million to $120 million investment will deliver.
