And watching that video, sounds like whomever was speaking was being sarcastic. They just got done saying phase 2 will set up a concierge service to deliver clean clothes to you in your seat if you were to need them during the game, and that each seat would be inside its own self contained bubble with a special apparatus to allow you to go to the bathroom without leaving your seat.
Phase 2 probably doesn't happen for 5+ years (no inside info, just my hunch). It will likely include the complete demolition and reconstruction of the home sideline stands (replacing literally the entire bowl in those sections). Then a few years later they'd do something similar with the away sideline.
