Description: Proposed for 12.40 acres on the west side of Sterns Street at Mosley Street intersection and east of Lake Bradford Road is the demolition of the existing structures and the construction of a 192-apartment unit, 600-bedroom community with 560 associated parking spaces, 96 spaces for bicycles. Parking lots have been designed as tree-lined "parking lanes and streets". Buildings are situated to create coherent public spaces including courts, pocket parks and streets. Mosley Street will serve as part of east entry with visual axis through the Community Courtyard to the Greenway. Development preserves existing tree canopy at edge of Sterns Mosley neighborhood and along Greenway. Development plans also include Gameday area and pavilion nearing Doak Campbell Stadium. Its main entry will be at the Bank of America building on Lake Bradford Road. The properties are zoned UT (University Transition) 3.62 acres, and University Urban Village (UV) 8.78 acres. Properties are also located within the city's Multi-modal transportation district (MMTD) and Downtown Overlay.
