1. Deion Sanders – "Prime Time" was the #4 overall pick in NFL draft, and 8 time first team All Pro. Named to the NFL1990's All-Decade Team. Won 2 Super Bowls with 49ers and Cowboys. In college won the 1987 Thorpe Award, selected as a 2 time Unanimous All-American. Was the NFL Defensive Player of Year in 1994. Finished career with 53 NFL interceptions, 10 pick sixes, and 9 return TD's. Considered to be the GOAT NFL corner. Oh and he played Major League baseball as well and led the league in triples.

2. Leroy Butler - Consensus All-American. 2nd Rounder. Played 12 seasons with the Packers. Four-time NFL Pro-Bowler and originator of the Lambeau Leap. Was named to the NFL 1990's All-Decade Team by the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Super Bowl Champion. 953 tackles, 38 interceptions, 20 sacks, 13 forced fumbles and 3 defensive touchdowns. Finalist for the Hall of Fame in 2018.
3. Jalen Ramsey - Considered to be currently the best corner in the NFL. First round pick and pro bowler in 2017. Consensus All-American, 3 time All-American, and #5 overall pick in NFL draft. Also a Track All-American.
4. Terrell Buckley - #5 overall pick in the 1992 NFL draft. Finished his NFL career with 50 interceptions for 793 return yards and 7 pick six TD's. Won 2 Super Bowls. In college Buckley was the 1991 Thorpe Award winner. Still holds the NCAA record for career interception return yardage with 501 yards. Was a Unanimous All-American, 21 interceptions in 3 years, and 4 pick sixes. First to do the "leap" in the Big House in 1991 and later adopted by the Packers.
5. JT Thomas - Starter on Steel Curtain for all 4 of the Steelers Super Bowls. Had 20 career NFL interceptions. Was a first rounder and Pro-Bowler. College first team All-American.
6. Xavier Rhodes - First round draft pick and current two time Pro Bowler. First-team All-ACC (2012), NCAA - Consensus Freshman All-American. Arguably be the best CB currently in the NFL along with Jalen Ramsey.
7. Bobby Butler - Butler had 27 career NFL interceptions, and 4 TD's during his 12 year NFL career. Finished his Florida State career with 12 interceptions and 6 blocked kicks. First Team All-American. One of the greatest all-time Falcons.
8. Chris Hope - Pro Bowler and Super Bowl Champion. College All-American and National Champion that played in 3 National title games. 11 year NFL career. Finished NFL career with 20 int's and 716 tackles.
9. Samari Rolle - Played 12 years in the NFL. Finished with 31 NFL interceptions, and a pro bowl. Played in a Super Bowl. Had 12 interceptions while at FSU, named a All-American, and a second round draft pick.

10. Antonio Cromartie - First round pick, 4× Pro Bowl (2007, 2012–2014), First-team All-Pro (2007), NFL interceptions leader (2007), NFL record 109-yard play (tied). Had 31 NFL interceptions as of 2016, 1,476 total return yards, and 6 TD's.
11. Lamarcus Joyner - Unanimous All-American, National Champion, and finalist for Thorpe award. 2nd Round draft pick. Entering 5th year with Rams and considered one of the best defensive backs in the NFL. Rams placed Franchise tag on Joyner for 2018.
12. Dexter Jackson - Super Bowl champion (XXXVII), and Super Bowl MVP (XXXVII). Had 10 NFL seasons, finishing with 17 interceptions. In college had a whopping 4 blocked kicks.
13. Bryant McFadden - 2nd round draft pick. Won 2 Super Bowls as a starter for the Steelers, and a very solid 7 year NFL career.
14. Derrick Gibson - 1st rounder who went on to have a 6 year NFL career. Played in a Super Bowl. National Champion, played in 3 National title games. Finished his time at FSU with 214 tackles, nine stops for losses, seven interceptions and 16 pass deflections.
15. Bobby Jackson - Enjoyed a eight-year career with New York Jets with 21 NFL interceptions. Jackson was selected to the “All-Time Jet Team” as one of the top three corners in the history of the New York Jets. Set FSU career interceptions record in 1977.
16. Devin Bush - 1st rounder, 8 year NFL career. 7 interceptions, 5 forced fumbles and 3 defensive TD's. National Champion and Super Bowl champion (XXXIV). Played in two super bowls.
17. Corey Fuller - 2nd round draft pick, 10 year NFL career, 17 NFL interceptions and a touchdown. National Champion.
18. Ronald Darby - 2nd rounder, NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year (2015), ACC Defensive Rookie of the Year (2012), 3 time ACC champion, and National Champion (2013). Started for Super Bowl winning Philadelphia Eagles.
19. Patrick Robinson - First round pick (2010) and still in NFL. Set FSU consecutive games record with an interception with five, 10 career NFL interceptions. Key contributor to the Super Bowl winning Philadelphia Eagles.
20. Martin Mayhew - Played eight years in the NFL with the Redskins and Buccaneers. 21 career interceptions. In college was an All-American, had five career interceptions returning one for a touchdown against North Carolina...broke up 24 passes; forced a fumble and recovered three; blocked a punt.
Honorable Mentions..
Clifton Abraham
- NCAA Consensus All-American, one of three finalists for the 1994 Jim Thorpe Trophy. Fifth round pick by the Tampa Bay Bucs. He played in the NFL for three years. Finished FSU career with 160 tackles, 8 interceptions, 22 pass break-ups, and 3 blocked kicks. National Champion.
Corey Sawyer - Two time first-time All-American, 1993 NCAA - Consensus All-American, National Champion, 6 year NFL career with 11 interceptions for 163 return yards and a touchdown. In his five seasons in Cincinnati, he returned 54 punts for 507 yards and a touchdown, and 15 kickoffs for 305 yards.
Lee Corso - All-American two way starter in college (QB and CB), set FSU record with 14 career interceptions. Division One football coach and host of Gameday.
Tay Cody - 3rd round draft pick, NCAA - Consensus All-American, 12 career interceptions at FSU. National Champion.
Myron Rolle - Freshman All-American, 3rd team All-American, Rhodes scholar, played in the NFL, neurosurgeon resident at Harvard.
Tony Carter - 7 year NFL career, college freshman All-American. Three interceptions in NFL, one pick six and three returns for TD's.

Michael Boulware
- 2nd round draft pick, 4 year NFL career with 11 interceptions, 4 forced fumbles, 3 sacks and a TD. Career cut short by injury.

Bud Whitehead -
Two-way player. His 6 interceptions in 1959 led the nation. 15 NFL interceptions including 7 in 1965.

Walt Sumner –
Two sport start, 6 year NFL career. 15 career NFL interceptions. In 1967, his 75 yard TD punt return against Alabama caused Coach "Bear" Bryant to exclaim on national television, "What the hell is going on?"

- 3 year NFL career, glorious game sealing pick six against UF

Terrance Brooks
- All-American, National Champion, 3rd round draft pick, entering 4th year in the NFL

Pat Watkins
- 10 interceptions in college, 4 year NFL career. Returned a blocked field goal 68 yards for a touchdown.
