"Didn't get to catch all of it, but from the snippets I heard, it sounds like FSU
has a $15 million donation lined up for the new B School Building. I believe
they said it would be ready to be announced in about a month at an event. Pretty
sure that is the donation that gives naming rights for either the school or
building. "

"The $15 million gives the donor naming rights to the building. However, he also
has the ability to donate another $35 million to get naming rights to the
college. The donor intends to donate the additional $35 million over 7 years to
get the college naming rights.
The FSU Foundation is selling bonds to
fund this project as soon as possible and will be paying back those bonds with
the cash flows from incoming donations (most notably, this $50 million). The
total cost for the building is $80 million I believe."
