FSU brings the ratings

It did during the lost decade, despite claims of pro ACC FSU fans who claimed FSU wasn't of any value, and it does today.

CFB Week 5 Overnights: Arkansas/Texas A&M Down Big on CBS

"After two weeks of strong numbers, the SEC on CBS had a double-digit decline in week five.
The Arkansas/Texas A&M college football game drew a 2.8 overnight rating on CBS Saturday afternoon, down 43% from Georgia/LSU last year (4.9) but even with Tennessee/Georgia in 2012 (2.8). The 2.8 is well below the previous SEC on CBS telecasts this season, which drew overnights of 4.2 (South Carolina/Georgia) and 5.1 (Florida/Alabama).
The Aggies’ comeback win was topped head-to-head by regional coverage on ABC (4.0), which featured Florida State’s comeback against N.C. State. That marks a reversal from the previous two weeks, when the SEC on CBS topped ABC’s regional window by 121% and 200%.
The game was not even the top SEC telecast of the weekend, trailing Tennessee/Georgia on ESPN (3.1).
Overall, Saturday’s game tied the third-highest college football overnight of the weekend, matching Notre Dame/Syracuse on ABC’s Saturday Night Football.
UPDATE 9/29: Original post omitted Tennessee/Georgia overnight."
