FSU is also in the process of a "complete redo" of FSU baseball's Dick Howser Stadium, which has not been renovated since 2004.
FSU added a new video board prior to the start of the 2018 season, and will be making some major renovations in the near future as the process gets started on the stadium.
The renovation is expected to cost around $25 million, but FSU will be able to do it in increments as funding allows.
The first thing that Wilcox and the FSU administration is looking at is extending the grandstands and covering all the way down the first and third base lines.
FSU's strength and conditioning area under the stadium "needs to be redone" and the administration will also be looking at the locker rooms and office space under the stadium as potential areas of renovation.
The course is being redesigned by golf legend Jack Nicklaus and his son Jack Nicklaus Jr.
The cost of the renovation will be close to $10 million. FSU will be putting around $6 million into the course and $4 million into the clubhouse and practice facility where the men's and women's golf teams work.
