"In this series, 247Sports takes a comprehensive look at where NFL talent has come from over the last decade. After the position-by-position series, states and college analysis, the numbers are calculated one last time to find out just which conferences NFL talent have come from since 2005.
The SEC tops all conferences in producing draft picks, first round selections and Pro Bowlers over the last decade.
The numbers strengthen the case that the Southeastern Conference is the dominant league in college football, with the SEC topping the list in first rounders with 88, leading all conferences with 430 players drafted in the last 10 years, and leading the way with 39 players out of the SEC making the Pro Bowl since 2005.
