How ACC invests in football


If the ACC does not come up with some way to allow for unequal revenue distribution then the programs within the ACC with a real brand and legitimate fan following will continue to weaken.

Here are the most recent football expenses for ACC schools (from US Dept of Education Required Title 9 Data Fall 2019 to Spring 2020):

1. Florida State: $67.8 million
2. Clemson: $55.9 million
3. Miami (Fla.): $48.9 million
4. Virginia Tech: $35.6 million
5. Pittsburgh: $32.5 million
6. North Carolina: $30.5 million
7. Syracuse: $27.7 million
8. Virginia: $27.6 million
9. Georgia Tech: $27.2 million
10. Boston College: $26.7 million
11. Louisville: $26.7 million
12. Duke: $25.2 million
13. Wake Forest: $24.7 million
14. North Carolina State: $23.3 million
