2018-19 Legislative Priorities

FSU continues ineffective policy of just asking for general pools of money.  This does not get rewarded in the state leg. as much as specific big goal efforts.

FSU politicos often use FSU for their benefits (jobs, etc), but rarely actually use their political capital to benefit FSU.

FSU seems unwilling to attempt to make the big moves.

  • Academic and Research Facilities - $75,300,000
  • Tallahassee Campus Projects - $8,598,000
  • Panama City Campus Project - $1,228,000
