  1. I realize that all numbers have grown bigger, so I'm not sure how much difference is too much any more... but this feels like too much gap, IMO. If something doesn't change soon college sports will be irreparably damaged (if that hasn't happened already). It isn't something the SEC or B1G should be proud of, IMO.

  2. I agree. I can't tell you how many debates I have had where folks would say a $10 million gap would never happen. It's here....and the ACC has to wake up quickly before individual schools do. Once it hits a $15 million gap, I believe change absolutely happens.

  3. But what change? Obviously jumping from the ACC to the Big XII doesn't accomplish anything (or vice versa). Perhaps a "best of both" conference could be formed, but that's a REALLY tough nut to crack! So unless the B1G or SEC actually invites a school - and they accept - I don't see any option but to take it like a man...

  4. You can bet $$$, FSU will not resign the next GOR extension in 3-5 years with "just take it like a man". FSU can't afford to invest tens of millions into its program with no assurance of anything to insure revenue. I get that will be the ACC's mindset....its why it will break apart
