Interesting project.  Looks like another Booster project FSU is doing to diversify revenue.  FSU is VERY active with these types of projects.

Description: Proposed is a renovation and expansion of the 11,300 SF Hattie's Upholstery Warehouse, originally constructed in 1945 into a social gathering venue with outdoor entertainment area framed in box-cars, outdoor cafe-style seating and indoor bar / performance hall. Additional details will be updated as they are made available. The .29 acre parcel was purchased in March of 2015 for $534,000.00"
