One side note from Va Tech Booster Event. AD stated the following:
- expects ACC Network up by 2016

there will be a penalty (assume he meant to ESPN) if not operating by 2016

*SEC setting course for ACC
*Claiming ESPN can't add ACC network so soon after SEC.
*ACC wants the delay (crazy talk)
*Some schools in ACC have other 3rd tier deals (and SEC didn't?)
