FSU responds to TItle 9 Suit

There is SOOOO much not right with this law suit.....the issue below is one of MANY that discredits the accuser, but the narrative in America is the black man is guilty and nobody wants to question a women who claims to be sexually assaulted.  But doesn't a black man deserve to not be assumed guilty....despite all evidence?

Nobody seems to be willing to give Winston the human rights perspective of ....look at the damn evidence.  This is little more than a black mailing effort that the media was complicit with.

The nation and the media decided since Winston shot a BB gun, said a dirty word via an internet meme outloud, and stole some food items....he is a rapists, despite what the evidence shows.

Great media narrative....they are getting rich on it.  Sadly TRUE victims of sexual assault pay a price for black mail schemes.
