The property on 880 West Pensacola Street is owned by the Seminole Boosters had an old gas station on it. It will soon be replaced with this new CVS (pictured below).
The old property was producing about $50K annually for the Seminole Boosters and with this new development will produce approximately $200K annually for the Seminole Boosters.
Should also be a nice improvement for the area.
