Arena District/TLCC Renovation Website Update

This is a great site update with many different plans (not necessarily what FSU will actually do), but FSU likely doesn't have the money to do most of these conceptual drawings from what I have heard.  Judging from other universities, anything worth doing on the Civic Center itself should be in the $35 million plus range at a MINIMUM.  Anything less than that, and FSU is wasting it's money.  It would be better to do no renovation.  Phasing is another way to go, but I think the key is internal seating IMHO.  Great atmosphere is #1 requirement.
